1st Grade Mass

In today's take-home folder are the plans for mass on Wednesday, May 1st. Please look for their part and help them practice!!  As always, you are more than welcome to attend mass which begins at 9:15 am. in the gym.

 Spring Clean-up

The entire school will be "cleaning up" the school grounds on Friday, April 26.  The first graders will be in charge of picking up the trash and sticks on the west grounds and all around the house on the corner.  Your child may bring a pair of work gloves (not required!).

It's animal project time in the first grade!  PLEASE look for the letter of explanation, choice board, and rubric in your child's take-home folder today.  If you have any questions, please call or email me.

Mass this past Wednesday

I am so proud of the first graders and the terrific job they did at mass on Wednesday (We missed our classmate Grey, but know he was ready!).  Your support at home really showed.  Such great kids!!  Thank you!

Eclipse

The partial eclipse will be this Monday, April 8.  Special glasses for viewing have been purchased for every student and the weather sounds like we might be able to see something.  Be sure to ask your child about this special event.
